What to expect:

Feel the need for speed? The Sturdy Dirty Enduro at Oakridge delivers what you require with fast & flowy singletrack, with notable exposure and speed-checking switchbacks. Racers can let loose on intermediate-tech trails with stunning views to go with the adrenaline highs.

Expect timed downhill-oriented sections interspersed with uphill transition trail riding and fun-filled aid stations. Total riding mileage for Beginner/Sport is around 15-20 miles, around 1500' of climbing, and 5 race segments.  Total riding mileage for Expert/Pro is around 24 miles, 3500' of climbing, and 5 race segments. Racers will be shuttled to race start.

HOW TO GEt there:

We will be staging out of the large field just on the other side of the Westfir Office Covered Bridge (Westfir Portal)

From HWY 58, turn onto Westfir/Oakridge road. In 2 miles, the Office Bridge will be on your left. 


Ample parking is available at the race venue.


Camping on site!!  Feel free to arrive Thursday and stay through Sunday!  Primitive on-site camping will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.  ​Camping fee: $20.00 per vehicle.  Payment will be collected at the venue.  


Please respect that NO OPEN FIRES (propane camp stoves ok) will be allowed onsite as we are camping in a large grassy field.  We will have porta potties and one potable water hookup. If you have an RV, camper or trailer, we encourage you to bring them, but feel free to camp however you prefer. 


Westfir Lodge Bed and Breakfast Inn - The Westfir Lodge and Restaurant is located in beautiful Westfir, Oregon, situated right across from the Office Bridge.

Friday Practice Shuttles Times

CogWild will be running practice shuttles for $15/run at 12:00, 1:30 and 3:00. Space is limited so sign up for the "Sturdy Dirty Practice Shuttle" today.  Open to all racers and confirmed volunteers. 

5:00 - 7:00

Packet Pick-up
Racer's packets will be available for pickup at the Pub from 5pm-7pm, Friday, June 15th.

(Packets will also be available at the race venue on Saturday morning from 7:30am-9:30am.)

If you are planning to pick up your packet Friday night, you can grab a bite to eat at the Pub (try to get meal orders in by 7pm and please be patient with the kitchen). Or you can explore the other meal options in Oakridge

Race day packet pick-up

Please get your packet at least 30 minutes prior to your shuttle time!

8:00 - 9:30


8:00am: First MANDATORY riders’ meeting. Beginner and 1st wave experts must attend. You will find out your shuttle time when you pick up your packet.


Shuttle 1: Load Beginners & first wave of Experts. Departs 8:30am.


Shuttle 2: Load second wave of Experts, all Pros, and first wave of Sport racers. Departs 10am.


Shuttle 3: Load remaining Sport racers. Departs 11:30am.

Race Stage Start Times 

Start times are not assigned. The format is “first come, first serve” once you get to a stage. Get geared up and get in line as soon as you are ready at each stage. Shuttle to the top will take around 45 mins.  


First riders begin to finish race

Once finished, be sure to return your chip to the timing tent to get your time, meal ticket, and raffle ticket, and come hang out with our sponsors and your fellow racers! We will have event tee shirts and raffle tickets for sale – win some amazing prizes! Your non-racer friends and family members will also be able to purchase lunch.


Raffle and Awards

We'll have the raffle and awards after the last rider has finished. Stick around for camping Saturday night and a trail work party on Sunday.

Sturdy Dirty Oakridge “Give Back” Trail Work Party

Join the Sturdy B's and local Oregon trail builders (ATCA, GOATS, & DoD) for a day of digging on Chrome Toilet from 9:45am-12pm. Meet at the Westfir covered bridge at 9:00am. Donuts, coffee, and after party refreshments provided, along with lots of high fives and good times. Come with close-toed, sturdy shoes, gloves, pants, long-sleeved shirt & weather-related layers. Bring food, water and sunscreen. Hard hats and tools will be provided. See you there!

Pre-ride with Leigh Donovan!!

Calling all BEGINNER and SPORT racers.


Join Liv Ambassador and former downhill UCI world champion Leigh Donovan on Friday June 15th from 10:45am-11:45am at the Westfir (outside at the Liv tent, or if it’s too hot outside, inside the lodge), where Leigh will go over details on how to make your race day more fun and safe; with a focus on what to pack, how to set up your bike, and any other Q&A that you may want answered. At 12pm, the group will load a shuttle (the cost is $20) to the top of the mountain where Leigh will spend up to 3 hours riding with you and helping you navigate the best lines more easily.


Clif Bar products and other snacks along with drinks will be provided for you after the ride.
