WOMEN’S MOUNTAIN BIKE EVENTS IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST

At Sturdy Bitch Racing, our team of six women is dedicated to building a vibrant, inclusive, and empowering mountain biking community across the Pacific Northwest. We break down barriers for LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and adaptive riders, welcoming all identities, backgrounds, and skill levels to embrace the grit, connection, and joy of the trails. Our movement extends far beyond race days: through year-round community trail building events, inclusive group rides, and family-friendly race activations, we cultivate lasting friendships, foster environmental stewardship, and inspire future generations to ride boldly.

We invite your brand to partner with us for our 2027 racing season featuring two highly anticipated events: the Sturdy Dirty Enduro and the Dirty Downhill. The Sturdy Dirty has sold out nearly every year of its 13-year tenure, while the Dirty Downhill has built a passionate, rapidly growing following in just three years. By sponsoring Sturdy Bitch Racing, your brand gains high-impact visibility among thousands of active outdoor enthusiasts while directly supporting a proven, purpose-driven community that celebrates diversity, confidence, and maximum fun on two wheels.

Sturdy Dirty Enduro

The Sturdy Dirty Enduro is a renowned women-focused mountain bike enduro race in the U.S., and 2027 will mark the event’s 14 year. The race brings together over 300 racers, 100 volunteers, sponsors and spectators for an all day event that combines camaraderie, racing, themed aid stations, and possibly costumes. The race has not only sold out annually, but has done it some years in less than an hour, marking how popular the it continues to be for both new and returning racers. The Sturdy Dirty is well known for combining a technical challenge with a supportive, fun community.

“Sturdy changed everything for me. I discovered enduros, built real skills, and found a community I never want to lose. In just two years, it’s become the heart of my summer. My only regret? Not starting sooner. You don’t stop playing because you get old, you get old because you stop playing. Thank you to the Sturdy B’s for keeping the stoke alive!”

Goals for Sponsorship

Here’s how we’ll measure our impact and success

We build community through inclusive mountain bike events that promote your brand and foster engagement. By encouraging collaborative promotion, we align goals and enhance the experience for all.

Success is measured through feedback, social media analytics, and attendance. Post-event surveys help us refine our approach and improve future events.

“The level of stoke that these ladies bring to the PNW cycling scene is absolutely off-the-charts. The event was flawless from start to finish; a great course, great vibes, and great fun for everyone including us in the pits. Can’t wait for next year!”

Prepares racers for the Sturdy Dirty Enduro

“From day one, Sturdy Dirty has been deeply connected to Evergreen MTB Alliance, with team members serving on our board and council. Their commitment to inclusivity and trail stewardship is unmatched—hosting 6-8 trail work parties and contributing over 1,000 volunteer hours each year. They donated $8,000 to Trail E at Raging River. Simply put, they make magic happen.”
